I received the wrong item in my order. What do I do?

We take this very seriously and never want people to receive the wrong items. However, we are all human and people sometimes make mistakes.

Please let us know by emailing us at sales@cyclingexpress.com and tell us your order number, what item you should have been sent and include a photo of what you were sent.

On of our support staff will contact you and arrange to get the correct item out to you asap as well as organising to get the incorrect item back from you. All at our expense of course!
