90 Day Return Policy
In short, when you buy a product from us, if it’s not what you wanted then you can return it to us within 90 days of purchase providing the item is unused and in its original packaging.
All you need to do is file a return online and our support staff will contact you about what to do and where to send the item(s).
Then we refund your money so you can happily purchase the correct product.
Most of the time something you buy works fine but sometimes you are unlucky and get a faulty product. If that happens, we will do our best to help you out. The first thing you need to do is send us an email at email@example.com and be sure to include a description of what happened and some photos of the parts that failed. We can usually assess if it is a warranty case by looking at the photos.
We will process the warranty claim on your behalf with the original supplier and will follow the warranty policy of the original manufacturer. If a manufacturer denies any warranty claims CyclingExpress.com will not be held responsible for the replacement of the item.
NOTE: Warranty claims can take some time to process, from the initial inquiry right through to the replacement and shipment of the item. We normally advise customers that the entire process can take between 3 to 8 weeks to complete. We ask for your patience during this time and we will do our best to move things along as quickly and efficiently as we can!

Please be aware that CyclingExpress.com cannot take any responsibility for or offer any compensation for goods that were damaged when being shipped to us for warranty, return, refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are properly packed so they won't be damaged during transit.
If it is a case of warranty replacement, we will ask you to send it back to us. Once we receive it, we can send you a replacement or store credit, according to our discretion.
