Returns Process

Support Team -

1. Log in at www.cyclingexpress.com

2. Go to MY ACCOUNT then click on MY ORDERS.

3. Select item in the order, hit RETURN and fill out the form.

4. You will receive an automated email confirming your return has been logged.

5. We will email you as soon as possible about what to do next and where to mail it.

6. Please find suitable packaging to send the item back to us in, we need to resell it after all. Damaged packaging will incur a 10% packaging fee.
